A credit is a platform unit created to measure the complexity of a conversation.

• 1 simple conversation with up to 5 major questions and up to 1 probing question per major question (10 questions total) requires 1 credit.
• 1 medium conversation with up to 10 major questions and up to 1 probing question per major question (20 questions total) requires 2 credits.
• 1 complex conversation with up to 15 major questions and up to 1 probing question per major question (30 questions total) requires 3 credits.

You may use more or fewer probing questions per major question — only the total number of all questions counts.

The number of conversations available for users depends on the number of credits and the difficulty of conversations.

Credits within your Plan are valid until the next payment date. All unused credits will be burned at the end of the billing month.

Credits within your Pack are not burned at the end of the billing month. You can keep them as much as you need and spend them whenever you want.

If you have credits as part of your Plan and credits bought through an additional Pack, the credits from the Plan will be spent first.
