What is a credit?
One credit is equivalent to extracting one data point from one respondent, regardless of the number of questions or the amount of prompting required by the agent to obtain the information.
For example
— “How did you like our delivery? Why?”
= 2 data points = 2 credits per interview.
— “How do you like this idea?
Likes? (probe to get at least 3)
Dislikes?” (probe to get at least 3)
= 3 data points = 3 credits per interview.
AI-powered data processing (report) is included in the interview cost.
Where do I get participants?
Use any source you prefer: online panels, your CRM, website, or app — simply by sharing the interview link. If you choose to recruit via the platform, there’s a built-in feature that lets you access trusted panel provider partners and manage recruitment directly within the platform.
What are the payment methods?
At Pro plan you can subscribe and buy additional credits using your or corporate credit card. During the purchase you will be offered to enter your company details for an automated invoice. Manual invoicing is only available at Enterprise plan.
How do you protect personal and corporate data?
We take reasonable measures to protect personal data and client’s data (such as stimuli or questionnaires) from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. All personal and client’s information you provide to us while using Yasna is encrypted and stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Is there a FREE trial for Yasna?
Yes. When you create an account, you’ll get access to all Pro features for 14 days — no credit card required. After your trial expires, you’ll be automatically switched to the Free plan (which allows you to conduct around 10 interviews per month), or you can choose to subscribe to the Pro plan for €300/month.
